Cardio Tennis Program

MLC Hotshots 5-17 years old Lesson's

  • Suitable - 5-17 years old
  • Age appropriate nets, racquets and 3 different compression balls
  • Aim - Age appropriate skill development. Fun stay healthy and meet friends
